Payment information: The early bird price of $299 will end on January 25th, and the cost will increase by $50.00 to $349 on January 26th  This is for two people in a room with double beds.  For one person in a room, the early bird cost is $515 and will increase to $565 on January 26th.  Final payment is due by February 8th, with a late fee of $50.00 added to any balances after this date.  To register, a $50.00 deposit. is required per person.

For those who may be driving, there are two options available for parking for overnight guests.  Self-parking is available at the City of Charleston owned parking garage adjacent to the hotel and is currently $1.00 each 20 minutes with a maximum daily rate of $24.00 per day.  Parking is based on garage availability.   Valet parking is available for $40 per night.
